Sponsoring The Jam Night Project is a fantastic opportunity for your business to support local musicians and connect with the community. To acknowledge your business as a sponsor, we will be honored to showcase your logo to hundreds of local residents in a fun, high-visibility setting.

A show like Hanover Jam Night is a popular, recurring live music event that gives local musicians of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to perform on stage with fellow artists in a supportive, welcoming environment. Since launching in June 2025, the series has grown steadily — we’re excited to present our sixth show on May 14th at Huddle Up Sports Bar in Ashland.

Each event draws a loyal crowd of 100–200 music lovers, including approximately 30 participating musicians and their families and friends who come out to cheer them on. Every performance is video-recorded and posted to the Hanover Jam Night Facebook page, giving sponsors extended exposure long after the event ends. Videos from a recent show alone generated 4,838 views from 2,159 unique viewers — most of whom are local residents, as both the musicians and venue are based in the Hanover/Ashland area

For a $250 show sponsorship, your company will be acknowledged by a prominently displayed logo on the stage backdrop and on every song video posted to the Hanover Jam Night Facebook page. With each show drawing 100–200 attendees and generating thousands of additional video views from local residents, our community will be well aware of your generous support.

Hanover Jam Night is hosted by The Jam Night Project, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. This means your sponsorship is a fully tax-deductible charitable contribution — allowing your business to support local musicians while enjoying meaningful marketing exposure and valuable tax benefits.

Acknowledging Your Sponsorship

Huddle Up has a giant stage backdrop screen where your sponsorship will be acknowledged by displaying your logo throughout the 3-hour show. Here’s a mockup of the screen:

Hanover Jam Night currently needs sponsor support to purchase reliable sound equipment for our live shows. Once fully funded, every future event will be self-sustaining, with proceeds directed toward music education programs and other community music initiatives in Hanover County.
 

The Jam Night Project has two primary goals:
 

1. To regularly provide a welcoming stage and performance opportunities for local musicians of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.

2. To strengthen and support music education and music-related causes throughout our community.
